It's been awhile

Well well well! First of all, i wish you a happy new year my friends.

Time for the first post 2011! Since the last one, I got something like a very deep black hole when it comes to ideas for pictures. Out of inspiration and not very motivated at all :/ It's kinda hard to draw straight on the comic... So I started skimming some japanese fashion magazines and tried to do some sketches...very rough D:

As I mentioned in some other post, I want to do character profiles. So I'm also intending to draw colored pictures of each cast member.

And here we go with a sneak preview page from chapter 2 =D!....

Last post I mentioned that this blog needs more sketches...so here we go!

-Let's start with a simple comic draft. This is usually the way I set the whole layout for a page.

Redraw

I always wanted to redraw some pictures...Just to see if i would draw them different then before hopefully to became better over the years D: But i was always afraid of the outcome...
So the last days i tried myself on some "revival"...Well...i dunno if i should be happy or sad about the result... D:

an some practise...somehow i´m not that satisfied with my art lately TAT....

Currently I´m working intensely on my comic and it´s story again so here are some comicpages from August 2009.

And yeah again the blonde girl one...I´m sorry you must be tired seeing her ;_; she´s one of my original characters (also the guy) but somehow..i like her really much and she keeps me practising woman´s bodys D: aaaaaaaand..drawing much shojo..

a few weeks ago i tried myself on some spin-off comic to my original story. I have to say it´s easier to draw in Photoshop cause you have a tons of brushes for different effects. But somehow i can hardly finish a page at one day. I´m not that used to it. But maybe i´ll continue :)

Dammit...fucking Comic Works screws all my outlines up ._.! The ink keeps bleeding and it seems shaky D: But well i guess it´s the paper, too.....I use too much rubber so the surface gets easily rough T_T
But yay finally i can use Fun Shirts ...i love them so much! But still not satisfied enough to show the whole pages at all I´m sorry .-.

Few days ago i saw a 80´s cartoon called "fire and ice". Kinda trashy fanatasy movie...but holy shit i love the animation oo....For the 80´s it was pretty fluently X3 Teegra (or Tigra..?) was very pretty

And here comes the first sketchy comic page...i started to draw this story 5 times again and again the past 5 years...hopefully this will be the final version...

sadly just two panels are drawn without my selfmade lightbox..okay it´s just some glass plate on two books with a light ...so i just can copy basics XDD still it looks a bit crappy..XD! well somehow i have to learn.
